1. How does this voucher subscription work?

As a subscriber, you will be sent a booklet of pre-paid Inside Soap vouchers.  To collect your weekly copy of Inside Soap, simply use one of these vouchers instead of cash at your local newsagent or supermarket.  

  1. How do the pre-paid vouchers work?

You simply take the pre-paid voucher into a participating newsagent and exchange it for your weekly copy of Inside Soap.  Please make sure you use the correct voucher for bumper issues of Inside Soap (Inside Soap with extra content), these will be clearly marked with a red bumper circle.

  1. What is the difference between a bumper issue and a normal issue of Inside Soap?

In your booklet, there will be a combination of regular vouchers and bumper vouchers.  The bumper vouchers will be clearly marked with a bumper issue circle.  The bumper issue has additional content and normally has a higher price.  Please make sure you use the correct voucher for the correct issue. 

  1. Can I buy these vouchers as a gift?

You can purchase Inside Soap vouchers as a gift.  We will dispatch the pre-paid vouchers to your gift recipient with their welcome letter which includes all the relevant details.  You will receive an email with confirmation of the purchase and in time the renewal details.

  1. How do you acknowledge receipt of my order?

If you order online, we will acknowledge your order with a receipt at the end of the transaction, and an email will be sent to the email address supplied. If you order by phone and have given us your email address, we will send you an email confirmation immediately. If you don’t have an email address, we will write to you within 5 working days.

  1. When will my first vouchers arrive?

Please allow up to 10 working days for your vouchers to arrive by post.  Subsequent vouchers will be sent out before you use your last voucher.

  1. Where can I use my Inside Soap vouchers?

Inside Soap is widely available at most major retailers. The pre-paid voucher offer is available at participating TG Jones (formerly WH Smith), Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrisons, Tesco and all good independent stores.  This offer is not valid at any Co-operative, Marks & Spencer or Dunnes stores.

  1. What should I do if I don’t receive my vouchers?

If for any reason your vouchers don’t arrive, please call 0333 405 0005.

  1. What happens if I go on holiday?

If you are travelling within the UK, you are still able to use your pre-paid voucher at participating retailers.  Your vouchers can be used across the UK, so if you are travelling within this country, simply take your Inside Soap voucher with you.  

  1. What happens if I move house?

If you are planning to move, please call us on 0333 405 0005 so we can update your details.

  1. What happens if I change my mind?

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you have 14 days from when you order to cancel. Simply send your pack of unused Inside Soap vouchers back to us with a covering letter, including your customer reference number, and we will process your refund. We cannot refund your payment until we receive your vouchers back. 

  1. Do I need to renew my subscription?

If you have paid by credit card, you will receive email reminders to renew your subscription in advance of expiry.  If you pay by Direct Debit, your pre-paid voucher subscription will continue seamlessly, and you will automatically receive your new pre-paid vouchers approximately two weeks before your existing vouchers end. 

  1. How does Direct Debit continuous payment work?

Subscriptions are charged on a quarterly basis by Direct Debit.  Your Direct Debit payment will appear as subsaver.co.uk on your bank statement.  We will adhere to the guidelines set out in the Direct Debit Guarantee. Please note that subscribers who take up an exclusive or introductory offer may see their subscription price revert to a higher price once this period ends.  Please refer to the welcome letter for full details of your next Direct Debit payment.

  1. How do I cancel my subscription?

If you pay by Direct Debit, you need to notify us of your cancellation a minimum of 4 weeks before the end of your current set of vouchers. Cancellations should be made by telephone to our Customer Care Team on 0333 405 0005.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. If you are found to be abusing the terms of any of our offers, we have the right to suspend and/or terminate your subscription and/or offer agreement with us.  We also reserve the right to discontinue the subscription service at any point by entering into written correspondence with the subscriber.  HH&S (Subsaver) manages the voucher subscription service on behalf of The National Magazine Company which publishes Inside Soap.
