Why take out a subscription?
 
By buying a subscription you will save money compared with the normal price of the magazine or paper.

How does the subscription work?
 
Postal Subscription – You will receive your publication by UK post, please allow sufficient time for delivery. Please note; the minimum term is 3 months.

Do I need to renew my subscription?
 
If you pay by Direct Debit, you will automatically be renewed, you don't have to do anything. If you are a voucher subscriber, you will automatically be sent your new vouchers two weeks before your existing vouchers expire.
If you pay by credit card, we will notify you before your subscription expires with details of how to renew.

How does Direct Debit continuous payment work?
 
Subscriptions are made on either an annual, bi-annual or quarterly basis by Direct Debit. Your payments are spread accordingly. As this is a continuous payment method you are in complete control of your subscription as well as eliminating the need for renewal reminders.

Is the online payment secure?
 
Yes. We use SSL encryption software to keep the details of your order and payment information secure.

How do you acknowledge receipt of my order?
 
If you order online, we will acknowledge your order with a receipt at the end of the transaction and an email sent to the email address supplied. If you order by phone and have given us your email address, we will send you an email confirmation immediately. If you don’t have an email address we will write to you within a week.

What if I change my address?
 
If you are planning to move, please update your details online by or by calling 0800 953 0033.

What do you do with my personal information?
 
We use the personal information you provide (eg name, address, email address, telephone number) to process your subscription order. When you subscribe we will ask you about receiving further offers from SubSaver and your publication's publisher.
9.
Do you use ‘Cookies’?
 
From time to time we may store ‘cookies’ (small files transmitted between server software and the browser on your computer) on your computer’s hard drive to make your use of the on-line subscription process easier. The personal information you provide (name, address, email, payment details etc) are stored on our secure server, not in a cookie.

What if my publication doesn’t publish on any given day?
 
In the very unlikely event that you pay for a copy that isn’t published, simply call the subscription line on 0800 953 0033 and we’ll arrange a refund for that issue at your current subscription rate.
11.
How do I cancel my subscription?
 
If you pay by Direct Debit, you need to notify us of your cancellation a minimum of 4 weeks before the end of your current subscription. Once your payment has been authorised we cannot refund any vouchers that are not used.
12.
What happens if my publication isn’t delivered?
 
If your publication doesn’t arrive, please call our customer care team on 0800 953 0033 to report it.
13.
How do I order a subscription as a gift?
 
Just enter the delivery address and name of the recipient when subscribing and add your own details when paying. An acknowledgement email or letter will be sent to you. If the promotional offer included a free gift, that will be sent to you. The publication will be sent directly to the recipient.
